Terms of Condition

1. Registration
Registration for the events to be held as part of the medienwoche@IFA is binding and effective without confirmation.

2. Confirmation of Payment
Participants will receive Confirmation of Payment as soon as the Registration Fee due has been received by the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH.

3. Services Included
Registration for the days indicated on the Registration Form entitles the Participant to take part in the events held on those days.

4. Agreement
Submission of the Registration Form indicates the express agreement of the Participant for the data stated on that form to be stored in offline and online media as well as on magnetic and/or optical recording media for publication in the List of Participants and Companies published by the medienwoche@IFA and for evaluation purposes after the Conferences.

5. medianight
The accreditation does not automatically entitle you to join medianight unless you choose the the 2-Day pass inkl. medianight

6. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your accreditation very soon after the accreditation process, via mail.

7. Deadline
The Online-Registration will be possible until the end of the congress

8. Participation Documentation
Participation Documentation for the medienwoche@IFA 2011 can paint after your Onlineregistration. By registration with the registration form your participation document will be issued at the Registration Counter. The Registration ID is not transferable.

9. Venue
ICC Berlin, Neue Kantstraße/ Messedamm (main entrance north), 14057 Berlin.

10. Changes to the Program
The Program of Events as published is not binding. The Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH reserves the right to make changes to the times and content of events, also at short notice.

11. Liability
The liability of the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH - from whatever legal basis - is limited to willful negligence.

12. Agreement in Writing
Oral agreements are not binding unless confirmed in writing by the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH.

13. Court of Jurisdiction
The Court of Jurisdiction in the case of any disputes resulting from this Agreement shall be in Potsdam.
