The International Media Congress at Berlin's ICC Center will offer visitors a compact conference program featuring keynote addresses, speeches and podium discussions with leading national and international media experts. This year's focus will be on all the latest topics and challenges facing media policy and media markets, including the future of public broadcasting, the Internet and digital society, the new role of social media, new public spheres and privacy protection, copyright and ancillary copyright laws, media financing and support for quality content. New content, innovative business models and all the latest devices and technologies will be also showcased in a number of screenings and presentations.

MINTiFF Conference
06.09.-08.09., ICC rooftop foyer

Hollywood meets Science: The MINTiFF Conference will take place during the medienwoche@IFA under the heading "Don't think it's only entertainment." The initiative known as MINTiFF (mathematics, informatics, natural sciences, technology and equal opportunity in fictional formats) performs research into the lack of MINT-related professional role models in both real and fictional settings.
